To aid in this area, this mitre saw has a large, pivoting fence that raises up to an additional 4 – inches. The single bevel saw head that it features also has accuracy. Ranges are between 0- to 45- degrees. This accommodates the complexity of your cuts.
Power
This tool operates at a very impressive 5 000 rpm. It provides the exact power that is needed to ensure smooth cuts on every project. The operating speeds are consistent. This ensures for an extended sawblade life. This combination is perfect if you’re looking for reliability.
Lightweight

Things I don’t like about the Hitachi C10FCH2
As with most things in life, this saw isn’t perfect. Keep in mind that at this price you can’t expect this miter saw to compete with the top-rated miter saws on the market. There are a few minor things that I am not crazy about.
While holding down the blade guard with one hand, the blade lock with the other and unscrewing the abor bolt, the blade changes. The position can also feel uncomfortable. However, a solution to this can be to not completely remove the screw when removing the spindle cover. When unscrewed far enough (and left in place) the blade guard will be blocked from closing.
When taken out of the box, the laser seems to be poorly aligned and off centre. It can only be aligned to go left or right – not both. Unfortunately it comes from the factory like this and you will have to learn to align it properly. If this isn’t something you’re good at, you might want to consider leaving the saw in a stationary position to ensure that the laser doesn’t readjust as it would when moved around.
Although a dust bag is provided, it does not collect much of the dust. A great way to solve this will be by buying a bigger dust collection bag as an extra and repositioning it for optimal dust collection.
